White Bean & Smoked Ham Hock Soup

A hearty and warming soup made with white beans and smokey ham hock, it's the perfect winter soup.



INGREDIENTS: white pinto beans, ham hock, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper


REHEAT FROM FROZEN: Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil.  When boiling, immerse the frozen, unopened pack of soup in water and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until soup is heated through.  When desired heat is achieved, remove pack from saucepan, open and empty into desired serving dish.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: A glass of Domaine Bulliat Beaujolais or a Belgian Dubbel Ale.
