A cult favourite from Sunny Corner Bar. House made pork & beef sausage with bacon jam & beer onions OR vegetarian lentil & mushroom "sausage" wrapped in handmade puff pastry.

PORK & BEEF: butter, ap flour, water, white vinegar, beef, pork, fennel seed, chili, thyme, cumin, bacon, onion, brown sugar, yellow mustard, worchestershire, non-alcoholic red ale, salt, pepper
VEGETARIAN LENTIL: butter, ap flour, water, white vinegar, brown lentils, mushrooms, sweet potato, chia seeds, potato chips, onions, cloves, tahini, miso, water, salt, pepper.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove sausage rolls from package and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet 2" apart from each other. Bake from frozen at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Sausage will have a slight pink colour throughout, rest assured it will be fully cooked.
