Crispy panko crusted cauliflower with classic buffalo sauce.

Buffalo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Place unopened packet in water and leave to reheat for 10 minutes, or until hot to the touch.
Reheating: Preheat oven to 375F. Empty cauliflower from packet onto lined baking tray. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Place cooked cauliflower in large mixing bowl, empty heated sauce (see below) over cauliflower and stir until fully coated. Serve right away.
