Curried coconut & sweet potato with red lentil soup. Perfect with an ice cold beer or glass of white wine.
INGREDIENTS: sweet potato, red lentils, ginger, onion, garlic, coconut milk, turmeric, chili, curry powder, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, lime
REHEAT FROM FROZEN: Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. When boiling, immerse the frozen, unopened pack of soup in water and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until soup is heated through. When desired heat is achieved, remove pack from saucepan, open and empty into desired serving dish.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: A nice glass of white wine or ice cold beer.
