Serves 2-3 (single tenderloin)
Slow cooked and beautifully tender, seasoned with our house made honey mustard marinade. Suggested Salty Sides: Roasted vegetables, white bean cassoulet, twice baked potatoes.----
Ingredients: mustard seed, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed, turmeric, white vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, thyme, onion, honey, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
Reheating: remove from freezer and place in fridge to thaw for 24 hours. Remove from fridge 2 hours prior to reheating. Preheat broil on high. Place under broil for 10 minutes, turn meat over, broil for 2 more minutes. If your oven doesnt have a broil setting, cook in a frying pan on medium-high, turning every two minutes until tenderloin is browned all over. Slice and serve right away with your favourite accompaniments.
