INGREDIENTS:

Fogo Island Cod, banana leaf, honey, miso, soy sauce, shaoxing, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Thaw cod in the fridge 24 hours before cooking.

DO NOT consume banana leaf. Preheat oven to 400F on Convect Roast setting (400F for conventional oven).  Remove cod morsels from plastic vacuum pack bag, place on parchment paper lined baking tray.  Do not remove banana leaf wrapping.  Bake for 20 minutes (22-23 minutes for conventional oven).  Remove tray from oven, open banana leaf and carefully remove cod.  Discard banana leaf and plate cod right away, do not consume banana leaf.
