Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

Serves 4

Slow roasted with fresh herbs and seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients: onion, carrot, celery, rutabaga, parsnip, potato, thyme, rosemary, sage, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.


Reheating: remove packed from fridge 2 hours before cooking.  Preheat oven to 400F.  Empty packet onto lined baking tray and heat in oven for 20 minutes.
