Smokey pineapple BBQ: smoked pineapple, Spanish onions, red onions, red pepper, green pepper, jalapeño, ancho chili (ground), garlic, ketchup, dark molasses, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, dark soy sauce, smoked paprika, coriander seeds (ground), fennel seeds (ground), mustard seeds (whole), all spice (ground), kosher salt, pepper, water
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove from fridge 2 hours before reheating. Heat fry pan on medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Empty packet into fry pan, cook until pork is heated through (approx. 5 minutes)
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: On a bun with coleslaw.
