Ciabata buns (supplied by Bonanza Bakery, contains gluten)
Beans: pinto beans, turtle beans, kidney beans, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, sweet potato, tomato, lemon, olive oil, paprika, cocoa, cumin, cinnamon, ancho chili, cayenne, fennel seed, celery seed, coriander seed, thyme, salt, pepper.
Slaw Dressing: onion, brown sugar, white vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed, turmeric, salt, apple cider vinegar, honey, pepper, celery seed.
Slaw: napa cabbage, carrot, scallion, celery.
Reheating: Remove from fridge 2 hours before reheating. Heat fry pan on medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Empty packet into fry pan, cook until pork is heated through (approx. 5 minutes).
